        In order to better motivate passion of work, build up awareness of positive communication, mutual trust and teamwork, enhance sense of responsibilityand belonging, and show what is LBT Construction Co.,Ltd. made of, on 4th November 2017, 53 employees from the headquarter and some project departments were organized to participate in the ”2017 Shanghai LBT Construction Co.,Ltd. Team Development Activity” at the subject of “Original Heart Preserving and Cohesion Uniting”. This development activity was consist of one set of systemized training course with the goals of “breaking communication barricade, improving collaboration efficiency and propelling teamwork development”, it included the purpose of the training course into the activity, so that all participants would experience and sense something in laughter and fun.

       The whole development activity passed on the spirit –“Importance of communication, teamwork, thinking of replacement”. The four teams divided played neck and neck and took the lead separately in respective links; however, the meaning of the activity is what you sense and get in the process rather than the rank in the competition. All members took exercise during practice and made change during experience, each of them deeply sensed the profound meaning of “communication, teamwork and thinking of replacement”and the responsibility he must hold in a team as a team member.       

        The colleagues put down the intense pressureduring daily work, stepped close to Nature, and let be free of mind, all of which could better motivate their passion and positivity of work. Though the activity did not last long, it laid a solid foundation for culture building and sustainable development of company.
