From 12th to 13th and 26th to 27th of May, a series of trainings on “Project Management”, lasting four days, was conducted by LBTC, attended by project managers, company functional department managers and business backbones of each department. This training considerably satisfied the urgent demand of management improvement, transformation and upgrading for LBTC.
The content of training involved following aspects: strategy & culture, engineering management, business management, technology management, QHSE management, human & resource management, finance management, etc. Mr. Shen binqiang, the president of LBT Group, gave a profound lecture named with “Business Negotiation Skills” in an easy manner and well understood way, and all attendees devoted themselves to the study of it with modesty and enthusiasm. This training is one significant initiative for fulfillment of the idea --“Creation of a comprehensive and innovative talent team” proposed in “LBTC Five-year Development Planning”, with the intent of increasing knowledge reserve for new and old project managers, improving management level of each project, helping new project managers to learn and understand internal control procedures and enterprise culture of company ASAP, and further disseminating company’s requirement in terms of compliance with rules and observation of laws.
In future, LBTC will certainly devote greater efforts to talent selection and cultivation, and promote growing of talent in multiform of study and training, all of which will make greater contributions to build LBTC as an international construction company with capability of general contracting.
