The product is AF spherical molecular sieve. The production process is divided into raw material drying, pre mixing, ball forming, screening hardening, belt drying, drying and cooling packaging. The main equipments include balling machine, baking furnace and belt drier, etc. The project is composed of spherical molecular sieve production line, substation, air compressor station, sewage treatment station, pipe rack. The design scope includes the detailed design of plot plan, process, piping, equipment, instrumentation, electrical and telecommunications, architecture, structure, HVAC, and FF/Plumbing ISBL. The detailed design started in May 2013, and completed the construction drawing design and delivered to the owner in February 2014. The quality design was acknowledged by the owner, and laid a solid foundation for site construction in later stage. The project was put into operation in February 2015 and has been in good condition. The products are welcomed by the market.
